Hello

We're a small Mallorca studio that does the lot, strategy, identity, websites, photography and the ongoing marketing, so you're not stitching five freelancers together and hoping they match. Local brands, international brands, same standard.

Lané Hanekom started the studio in 2017, after ten years in hospitality, sales and creative direction. We work with people who want to grow, not just look the part. Property, hospitality and lifestyle? That's home turf.

And we get a little obsessed. Your business becomes ours, we treat it like our own, celebrate the wins like they're ours and lose sleep over the rest.

How we help

Hire us for one thing or the whole lot. Strategy first, then the creative and channels to back it up. No guesswork, no filler.

Branding & Design

Names, logos, identity, packaging, the works. From first scribble to a brand system you can run yourself.

Marketing strategy

Positioning, messaging, channel plans, growth roadmaps. The bit that makes the pretty stuff sell.

Web & Ecommerce

Websites and online stores built around your brand, Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom build, whatever fits. Fast, good-looking, and easy for people (and Google) to find.

Photography & Content

Lifestyle, product and property shoots, plus the direction and planning behind them. Content with a point, not just pixels.

Marketing & Campaigns

Launches, social, sales tools, the customer experience. We turn the strategy into reach, and reach into sales.

Alcadena brand identity and launch content, Mallorca

A purpose-driven clothing brand out of Mallorca. We were in from day one, built the identity, helped design the site, and shot the launch content ourselves.

Pizza del Barrio pizza box artwork, illustrated logo with hand drawn ingredient wreath

A neighbourhood pizza takeaway in Ses Cases Noves, Marratxí, bought by close friends of the studio. We were there from the dream stage, picked the name, built the identity, and made it feel like it belongs to the neighbourhood.

My African Med, a cane chair and straw hat outside a rustic Mallorca house with blue shutters and an olive tree in a terracotta pot

An artisanal ecommerce shop in Mallorca. We made the logo, built the Shopify store, and ran the creative direction and photography for their socials.

Through the lens

Photography is an art of observation. It has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.

A few things

What we stand for

Straight answers

Where are you based, and do you work outside Mallorca?

Mallorca, and proudly so. Most of our work is here and across the Balearics, but we take international clients remotely all the time. Some things are just better in person, shoots, openings, brand workshops, and we'll travel for those.

What kinds of businesses do you usually work with?

All sorts, really. We've done plenty of property, hospitality and lifestyle work, but we're not limited to it, retail, food, services, founder-led businesses, we're up for most things. The sector matters less than the fit: if you want a real brand built with care, not a template off the shelf, we'll get on.

What services do you handle?

Brand identity, strategy, websites and ecommerce, photography and content, campaigns, and ongoing social. The menu isn't the point. What matters is that your brand, your channels and your day-to-day marketing all sound like the same person.

Do you take one-off projects, retainers, or fractional marketing work?

All three. A one-off brand or website project, a monthly retainer for content, social and marketing rhythm, or a fractional marketing-lead seat when you need senior direction without hiring in-house.

How does a typical project work?

Four phases: Discover (a call to get the business, goals and deadline), Define (strategy, positioning, scope; you see the thinking before the price), Create (design, build, shoot, write; short cycles, reviewed as we go), Launch & refine (go live, measure, iterate). Retainers run plan → deliver → review → refine, every month.

How long does a typical project take?

A focused brand or campaign project is usually three to six weeks. A full brand-and-website build with photography and ecommerce is more like two to four months. Depends on how fast feedback comes and whether your content's ready. Either way, you get a real timeline.

How do you price?

Fixed project fee once the scope is clear, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. We don't do standard rate cards. Bespoke work doesn't fit them. Got a budget? Tell us on the first call and we'll say straight what's doable, or whether we're honestly not the right studio for it.

How quickly can you start?

Depends on the calendar and the brief. Advisory or audit work can usually kick off in a couple of weeks; full brand or website builds need a proper slot, often three to six weeks out. Drop us a short note with your timing and what you've already got.

Can you take over from another agency, or pick up a half-finished project?

Yes, but only after a short audit. We need to see the existing brand, site access, content, contracts and platform setup before we quote. Takeover jobs always hide some cleanup, so phase one is a paid audit, not a guess.

How are revisions and approvals handled?

Every project has set review points, so feedback lands at the right moment, not after everything's built. Two to three rounds per phase, baked in. One decision-maker your side, one ours, and we ask for sign-off in writing so nothing drifts.

What happens after launch?

We can stick around for hosting, maintenance, content updates, campaigns, social and a quarterly review. We keep measurement practical: what shipped, what changed, what worked, what's next. No dashboards for the sake of dashboards.
